The Chatfield Group is very proud to announce that Donnis Henry has accepted a position on our team as our Senior Manager of Resource Strategy! Donnis brings a wealth of experience in human resources, account management, recruitment and sales to the Chatfield team.

Hailing from Tacoma, Washington, Donnis received his degree in Communications and Sports Marketing from Central Washington University. He immediately put his Sports Marketing skills to work at the Seattle Supersonics NBA franchise before moving on to Red Bull as an Account Manager. In 2000, Donnis joined Teksystems as a Sr. Account Manager where he recruited and provided technical staffing solutions for companies here in the Valley.

Within his role at Chatfield, Donnis will head up HR functions including compliance and recruitment, as well as business development activities in new client acquisitions. Donnis's experience coupled with inherent personal abilities and character make him abundantly qualified for success in his new role!
